Current in-stock kits are dispatched within 1 day after payment is received. Dispatch time is separate from the carrier transit time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is paid by the buyer. Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address. Delivery time depends on the destination and selected carrier service.

Delivery issues

Inspect and test your kit upon arrival, before using it at an event. Report defects within 48 hours of delivery to contact@avbgear.us. Please see our return and refund policy for return instructions.
