Defect returns

Our voluntary return policy accepts returns only for defective products. Inspect and test your kit upon delivery, before using it at an event. Report any defect within 48 hours of delivery to contact@avbgear.us.

Return instructions

Contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Return the complete kit with all supplied components, as delivered, apart from the reported defect and initial testing. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Approved defect returns are refunded to the original payment method after the complete kit is returned and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

This voluntary policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
